It is possible to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive it.
Please note that the return must be reported within 2 days of arrival, and the Mor Store tag must remain attached to the item. After we receive and approve the return, you will receive store credit, which you can use to shop another piece you love.

Due to the pre-loved nature of our collection, some pieces may show signs of wear. We strongly encourage you to read the product description carefully and review all photos before purchasing. We guarantee the authenticity of every item sold through Mor Store. If an item is ever proven to be inauthentic, the buyer is entitled to a full refund and is protected for life.

If an item has been incorrectly described or has undisclosed damage, we will offer a full refund with free return shipping. If you have any questions regarding the condition of an item, please reach out before purchasing.
